Hello, lovely readers!

Before you start reading Tumse Hi, there are a few things I want to tell you.

First of all, this is a teenage rom-com. Which means it isn't going to be perfect.

There will be red flags. There will be green flags. There will be misunderstandings, overthinking, mistakes, fights, awkward moments, and times when things get messy.

Because that's what teenage love is.

At that age, we don't always understand our feelings. Sometimes one person misunderstands the other. Sometimes people react before thinking. Sometimes they hurt each other without meaning to. And sometimes they love each other without knowing how to show it properly.

So please remember: not every mistake is a red flag, and not every messy situation is toxicity.

The second thing I want to tell you is that this is not a school love story.

This is a tuition/coaching love story.

It's about two people who lived in the same city for years.

Who studied in the same school.

Who were in the same grade.

Who walked the same roads.

Yet somehow never truly noticed each other.

Until one day, destiny got tired of waiting and decided to introduce them.

This story is also about secret phone calls, hidden chats, deleted messages, stolen moments, and all the things teenagers do when they know their parents can never find out.

A lot of this story happens through texts, conversations, and the little moments that seem insignificant at the time but end up meaning everything later.

One more thing.

Please don't judge any character too quickly.

Don't decide in Chapter 5 that someone is a walking green flag.

Don't decide in Chapter 10 that someone is the villain.

People are complicated. Especially teenagers.

Everyone has flaws. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone has moments they're proud of and moments they wish they could take back.

Give the characters time to grow before deciding who they are.

And finally...

This story is not inspired by another book.

Not by a movie.

Not by a TV show.

Not by another Wattpad story.

This story comes from me.

From my thoughts, my observations, my emotions, and the things only I can truly feel.
